	I am investigating a strange behaviour on SA100 tape system,
	installed at different sites of Telecom customer.

	They use I.T.C. application to write a source tape with data
	from their applications. This tape is distributed to every
	sites.

	Each site has two SA100 devices connected to different HSC.
	Some of theese read correctly the cartridge and some don't.
	The ones failing are all at revision FMC-7 the other ones
	are at FMC-6. HSC Cronic version and DMC version on SA100 seem
	to be unimportant (the same Cronic/DMC on failing/working units)
	
	We tried eliminate the doubts about the FMC version replacing the
	Formatter module 30-37153-01, but the one sent from logistic was at
	FMC-7 revision (we expected to be upper)

	So, does somebody know how to order the FMC-6 Eprom or Formatter
	module?
