Hi .....
I am a SBU Account Consultant in Denmark, and one of our E1 customers with a big DLT based backup
installation are asking us for some written guidelines for DLT tape handling.
They need the information for their quality procedures, in order to describe how they insure
reliable DLT based backup operation and save-keeping of tapes.
What I need is a guide like the one Jan Visser has made about TLZ tape stations (note 3649.0), but
if we have a guide published by DIGITAL it would be even better.
