We have a customer with a big backup solution using TZ887, WNT, PCs,
Unix, OVMS,...
They have an old SA100-AB, that includes one TZ857-AB, and they'd like
to use it in any way.
They'd like to use the TZ857-AB in the OVMS cluster with SW800 and
HSJ50. We'd connect the tape to the HSJ50, and the tape would be
pedestal or inside the SW500.
The questions are:
- Is the TZ857 supported with HSJ50, or they need to upgrade
(using TZ887-UN) to TZ887 in order to connect the tape to the HSJ50?
- What we need to order (brackets, cables, etc) to install the
TZ875-AB in some pedestal enclosure or inside the SW800 in order to
connect it to the HSJ50?
