My wife and I have a cottage on Pemaquid Point, SE of Damariscotta.
We will be there in early July (I drop her off, come back to
Colorado, then pick her up in Sept. Nice vacation she has, huh?)
Anyway, does anyone know of any decent stream fishing for trout
within a couple of hours drive from the Damariscotta area? There
is an article in the July issue of Fly Fisherman about the Kennebec
River that shows it might be a possibility. Does anyone have
any personal knowledge of that area?
We would appreciate any info.
