    To Dave and All,
    
    There is a great web page for the Hawks "Unofficial" Program at
    http://www.mcs.com/~blueline/home.html. 
    
    This web site is mainly focused on the Hawks and their inept owner Bill
    Wirtz. But its humour and biting sarcasm frequently cross the NHL.
    
    Try the hyper link to "02/25/97 Hawks vs Stars" then go to "Today's
    Special (113k)" for a hysterical look at the people behind the scenes
    of the Black Hawks.
    
    The Blue Line is an unofficial program, sold just off of BlackHawks
    property during home games. It written by bitter Hawks fans tired of
    years of stupor in the Hawks fron office.

    Since each team needs one point to clinch a playoff spot, I think
    we'll need a league investigation if the games ends in a tie :-)
    
    Each team should want to win though - playing Dallas has to be more
    attractive than facing the Av's...

    Most definitely. Both the Blues and Hawks match up much better than the
    Avs. While the Stars have tough defense, their style of play will keep
    teams like the Blues and Hawks in the game. While the Avs can score 3
    goals within a minute and knock the wind out of team.

    I'll probably be watching but I'd bet money that it'll end in a tie.
    The prospect of playing the Avs can't set well with the players but,
    nothing seems to motivate them these days. 
    
    Neither of these 2 teams have a snowballs chance in hell in the
    playoffs.
    
    Thge Blues actiually played their best game of the year against NJ and
    didn't score a goal. getting the picture???
