| Who knows if anyone will see this but it looks as though the Whales are
out of their slump. They're ahead of Montreal as I hoped they would and
should be....that's not a shot at you Habbers, I know how distraught
you must be. The whole Coffey thing looks like it was for the good.
They are now just settling down and playing the kind of hockey that
they are capable of.
Greenie if you read this...nice shot of ya on the tube the other night!

Hey Jamie, good to hear from ya. Now that Bobby and
Scotty are gone I am pretty well on my own over here.
Have you ever heard anything from either of them.
I heard they had a good shot of Holly and myself on the
tube. What a great time. It's nice to be recognized :))
Anyway keep in touch and I agree that the Coffey thing
was for the Good!

don't see much about him in the Detroit papers...

557.21 | Or so I heard | DIVER1::MACHADO | Crazy on a ship of fools | Fri Mar 14 1997 22:06 | 6 |
| Yeah, in one game against the B's he doubled his season goal tally.
He had three for the year going into the game and left with six. I bet
he wishes they'd play the B's every night.

Yeah, I had visions of Mama Primeau grabbing Keith by the ear and pulling
him away! "Now Keith I've told you a time and time again not to beat up on
your little brother." :^)

557.25 | To bad it's too late for Hartford | GOBUCS::COOLEY | Megan and Michelle's Daddy | Tue Apr 08 1997 21:04 | 6 |
| Hartford's really coming on - And Keith Primeau has been scoring
some pretty goals. The Shanahan trade seems to be a win-win trade.
Too bad for the Sens and Caps, though.

557.27 | Keith called first... | DELNI::GILBERT | | Tue Apr 08 1997 22:41 | 12 |
| From Sportszone...
In an interesting sidelight, Keith and Wayne Primeau squared
off with three minutes left in the second period.
"For one thing, he was just another player, he was scuffling
with our goaltender," Keith Primeau said. "At the time, I
wasn't disappointed, but when I came into the dressing room,
I was real upset with what happened. It's just part of the
game. I'm real disappointed that it had to happen. I came
right in to call my parents and apologize. That got them out
of the way and I was able to settle down after that."
