Can we still use IS to sell shares of Digital Stock after we leave the
company? I just wondered whether they would issue a W-2 with the
amount of compensation, or even complete the sale for you if you were
no longer an employee.
Did everyone that left, or get TFSO'ed, get stock certificates before
they terminated?

Yes. My division was sold last February and I'm now a "Digital Associate".
IS sent me the stock certificates soon after the sale. Just last week I
sent the certificates to IS with instructions to sell. My old badge number
was on the stocks and I was still in the IS system. I just got the check
yesterday. Call IS for the details. The phone number is listed under
VTX IS

Hmm, I called IS yesterday and managed to get a person. She said that
they would not sell the shares after you terminate with Digital. I
will not be a Digital associate though, I am leaving for an entirely
different company.
