WARNING: for anyone who has used VTX to place an advance ESPP sale

    I placed  my  sell  via  VTX  last  night  but I haven't received a mail
    response  to  confirm  my  sell  yet.   I  have since confirmed (via the
    TOUCHTONE system) that my sell order was lost.

    So, if  anyone  else has used VTX for an advance sale of the coming ESPP
    shares  BUT HAS NOT RECEIVED A MAIL RESPONSE to confirm this sell then I
    suggest that you perform your advance sell again.

    NOTE: The  TOUCHTONE system won't let you sell the shares twice so there
    is no danger in using this scheme for confirming your sale.

    I talked with someone at IS on the phone, and they said there were just
    too many advance sale orders for them to generate the email
    confirmations (sounds fishy to me).  But then I received one later that
    day (3 weeks after my sale order was initially placed!)

I used VTX to place my advance sale order yesterday afternoon and received my
email confirmation yesterday evening !!  Surprising !!
