New hose cart for sale. It has wheels and hooks up to the faucet, then
the hose is unwound. It says it holds 150 feet of hose, but it jams
after 100 feet. It does not want to live on the slant. Refuses to work
on the slant. It wants a nice flat driveway or solid ground to sit on.
$20 or bro.

Why not take it back?
If you (or whomever) bought it from a reputable store, they should take
it back and give you ALL your money back or credit toward purchase of
something else you could actually USE.
A poor product is a poor product, and you shouldn't have to EAT it.
Even if it was a "gift" ;^J, and you don't have the receipt for it, as
long as you KNOW the store it came from, it should be no problem to
return it.
