I am selling a "trailer bike" made by Alleycat.
A trailer bike is basically 1/2 of a kids bike (missing
the front wheel and fork) that connects to the seat post
of the adult bike. They act very much like a tandem bike but
are much less expensive and has at least one benefit for kids,
the kid can pedal whenever he/she feels like. The trailer bike
is ideal of kids that have outgrown the rear bike seat or trailer or
are just not fast enough to keep up on their own bike.
The age range is about 4-10 years and can handle up to 80lbs.
I used this with my daughter who has now outgrown it. She loved
it and I was able to get some good excercise taking her places.
The bikes have become very popular at tourist areas and starting
to show up more frequently in local bike shops.
The bike is in excellent shape and cost $170 new.
Selling price $90.
Can be seen at ZK or Wilton NH.
