ABOVE GROUND POOL FOR SALE 

Pool is 3 years old in MAY 97 and is excellent condition.
It is one of NAMCO's top of the line quality pools.

The Pool:
   4 Foot high walls (this covers the 4 foot fence requirement in most towns)
   18 foot diameter
   Frame (posts, top rails, etc) is all White reinforced aluminum 
      with galvinized brackets..
   Top rails are strong enough to walk on and jump from (Unlike most 
      above ground pools that cannot support the weight)
   Side walls are Grey/Blak/White giving the effect of a grey stained wood.
   Side wall is also made of heavy duty aluminum.
   It has an in-wall skimmer and return.

The Liner:
   We will provide a brand new liner from NAMCO for the pool to relieve any 
      concerns about damage.  

The filter:
   Namco's best sand filter.  We upgraded from the package deal.  It is 
     all black.
   Includes automatic chlorine dispenser with adjustments 
            a lint trap, 
            shut-off valves to stop water from rushing out of pool when clean
            complete set of filter options Filter, Bypass, Backwash, etc.

The Ladder:
   The ladder is an A frame ladder with folding stairs 
      on the outside of the pool.  This allows security.  The ladder was also
      upgraded from the package.

Accessories:
   Vacuum with hose and telescoping pole.
   Skimmer tool with telescoping pole.
   Solar cover 
   Winter cover kit with cover, skimmer and return covers, etc.

The Namco standard pool package without upgrades is currently priced at $2400.

3 years ago,  we paid over $2900 with all the upgrades and accessories. 

We are asking $1500.00 with the new liner and are willing to negotiate some.

Reason for selling:  The family enjoyed it so much we are 
                     Getting an inground pool.
