CAPE COD SUMMER RENTAL
Located in South Yarmouth, this is a three bedroom ranch-style house that
sleeps six comfortably. It is clean and has 2 single beds in one room, 2
single beds in the second room and a queen bed in the third room [All you need
to bring is sheets and towels]. The kitchen has a mircrowave and is fully
equipped. The living room is cozy with a fireplace, cable TV and VCR. There is
also a phone available for local calls. The backyard is fenced in and there is
patio furniture, a gas grill and an enclosed hot and cold outside shower. The
house is 1/2 mile from the beach.
Other local amenities nearby are: 3 golf courses, six batting cages, a video
arcade, miniature golf, full paintball course, supermarkets and churches.
Available weeks run Saturday to Saturday. No pets please.
Weekly Rental fees are: JUNE = $400/week JULY and AUG = $650/week Please
