    1.  Area Rug w/Pad.  9x14 bound.  Commerical grade.  Colors are a weave
        of tan/light gray/mauve.  Excellent condition, no stains or tears.
        $60.
    
    2.  Sleep Sofa.  84" long.  Light tan, gray and darker tan tweed.  3
        cushion, traditional syle.  Well worn (although sleeper has only
        been used about 3 times).  No holes but there are some stains.
        Ideal for basement family room, cottage, etc.  $60 or BRO.
    
    3.  Darker tan swivel rocker.  Traditional style, tufted back.  No
        tears or stains.  Again, well suited for basement family room or
        cottage.  $45.
