    1.	Kitchen Set...includes one round table with leaf (without the leaf it
    	measures 36") and three chairs.  Dark Pine.  Good condition.  Ideal 
    	for small apartment, college student?

    2.  Litter box w/cover..also some disposable litter (comes in cardboard
    	boxes) -- shavings-like substance.

    3.	Antique crock (about 2 gallon size with original cork still in the
    	neck of the bottle), dark brown.

    4.	An old family portrait (found in a junk shop hidden under a black &
    	white picture).  Had analysed at Lowell Historical Society and was said
    	to be a pastel done by an ameteur around the turn of the century.  The
    	portrait is of a man, his wife and daughter.  They are considered to be
    	of Ukranian desent however the women's scalf denotes possibly Irish?
