The front tips forward and down to reveal little shelves for your shoes to stick in. We've never used them. (Too enamored of those broken laundry baskets stacked with old shoes, I guess. :-) Merchandise can be at ZKO or home in Exeter, NH. Shipping extra. I paid 33 dollars for it a while back, but "tell ya what ah'm gonna do". :-) For $15 you can get it from me tomorrow (Thurs 27 Feb) at ZKO -- it's my turn to drive the car pool. OR ...
