    1) Good, used acoustic guitar. New strings. Regular size.  In good
    shape. No case. Appraised at $99. Asking $75.
    
    2) Home Flex Gym made by Weider of California.  White with black trim.
    In very good shape.  Can do many exercises on it including stair
    stepping, arm and leg lifts, presses, etc.  Adjustable bands for
    tension. Hardly used.  Paid $188.99 for it on sale. I have 
    the receipt. Asking $75.
    
    3) Size 4 wide-band engagement ring. Diamond weight is 1/4. I have the
    diamond certificate and sales slip. This ring cost $800 in 1985. 
    Diamonds and gold always go up in price over the years. The ring is in very
    good shape.  The diamond sets with four prongs.  No REASONABLE offer
    will be refused.  
    
    4) Forty-nine key organ with bench. Nice maple-colord wood.  This small
    standing organ would be a good starter organ for someone or for someone
    who wants an organ but doesn't want it to take up alot of room. Comes 
    with music books.  $25.
