I'm ready to start my one-year old puppy on a flea program - the vet
said to wait until the weather was consistently warm and I'm being
hopefully that's now since it's June!
The vet's recommendation was to use Advantage on her. She doesn't
recommend the flea pill (Program?) because it doesn't work on adult
fleas. But I saw a product called Bio-Spot in the Foster & Smith
catalog which seems to be comparable if not better than Advantage. Has
anybody tried Bio-Spot - and if so do you have any opinions?
Thanks
Sue

What type of dog do you have? Where do you live? Are fleas a real
problem in your area? Myself, I don't want to put anymore poison in my
dogs system then is really necessary. I do shampoo with a flea shampoo
occasionally. I have 17 dogs and don't have fleas on any of them. Use
a good flea comb once a day and if you see a flea start using
something.
