I notice this note has been inactive for a while, and I was wondering: does anyone else have experiences to share about what it's like to train and compete for a tracking title (TD)? I've never done it before, but it sounds interesting and I'd like to learn more. All I have at the moment is a small 7-page intro booklet, plus the AKC regulations guide. By the way, I notice that the regulations seem to require that you somehow pass a certification process first, and that in turn certifies you to take the actual TD test. No mention is made about how to actually get this certification, though -- anyone know the specifics of this in the southern New Hampshire area? Thanks, Sue |
