Hi there, For the new 3-port with 4 MB cache RAID controllers, KZPAC-CA, to replace the KZPSC-BA, what is the RAID/StorageWorks software that comes with this card? From the description of this part number, it does not include any software documentation and kit. Is there a separate part number for it? Thanks for any info. Regards Lai Chan

Lai, It comes with 4 software packages : 1) SWXCRMGR, to be run from the ARC console. 2) The VMS specific software 3) The Digital Unix specific software 4) The Windows NT specific software. So, just like the KZPSC. | |||||

For the KZPAC you should use the kit QB-57UAA-SA. This kit contains the standalone floppy with RA200rcu.exe executable (instead of swxcrmgr.exe). The new RA200RCU.exe should also be on the latest alpha firmware cd. Also the on-line utilities in the kit have a newer version. Partnr for the KZPSC kit (the old one) is QB-2XHAH-SB Peter. |
