| maximum size logical drive is 32GB for KZESC, KZPSC, KZPAC
with rev 2.xx firmware ... you can create a four-member
RAID 5 logical drive out of 9GB drives, RAID overhead brings
total logical storage down under 32GB limit.

| Andre,
Just make a couple smaller logicals instead. Besides do you have any
idea how long it will take to init a drive that big.

6692.5 | 1 RAID 3/5 set is maxi 14 members | STOWKS::SLUIS | Hans van Sluis - StorageWorks Engineering Support Europe- DTN 889 9526 | Tue May 27 1997 05:08 | 9 |
| One raid 3/5 set is maximum 14 members, so netto 13 members.
13 * 9 = 117 G
A stripeset can be 14 members, so netto 14 members
14 * 7 = 126 G
See the SPD of HSOF V5.1
