Could someone confirm me if the SF346 cabinet (with HSD10) is
terminating the output of the scsi bus automatically. I cannot get any
info on that and i need it urgently. In the user guide of the cab, they
only show that the package include a scsi terminator, but nowhere it
mention that you have to use it if all your devices are internal to the
box. If there is a terminator for this box, i would like to get the part
number as well.
I am having problem with the HSD10 inside that cab. There is 6
RZ29B-VA in the cab. The drives id 0 to 4 have been in use for several
weeks without any problem. It it just when the drive id 5 started to be
used that all the other drive started to go intermitently into mount
verification and the controller to log " PIL=150, SCSI Gross error
detected ". I have replaced the drive without fixing the problem, and also
configured the unit a ID 6 without success. That's why i am suspecting
a SCSI buys termination problem at this moment.
Thanks in advance !

| Page 39 of the users guide show/state that the terminator is to be
installed at the end of the bus. The end of the bus is in the rear of the
cab. Buses are terminated at both ends; RIGHT. Please install the terminator
that was shipped with the unit as shown.
