RE: Cache battery declared failed
HSJ52-AJ
I have had a high (2 battery cells out of 20 ---> 10 HSJ52/BA35X-BB)
Failure rate of Batteries on the HS 5 series batteries.
Is this a known problem? Do I need to contact manufacturing?
Please comment on above, thanks
DECnumber 970036278 and Part number BA35X-BB

We have not had a significant failure rate reported on HSx50 batteries.

What do you define as failed? Just being low for a while is not failure.

re .2
DEAD completely.
BTW I have the incorrect part number in the BASE note...should have
been HS35X-BB.
