    Hi,
    
    	We have a customer who wants to monitor the dual PDU's and PSU's he
    has configured into his HSD30's and RZ28 Disk shelves.  We need to
    generate alarms etc. if there are any failures .  Do error messages get
    fed to OpenVMS /OPCOM etc. if  these fail or is the only way to connect
    the controller console lines to Console Manager software and monitor
    them through that software ?
