| This problem was found to be caused by SYS$PKQDRIVER.EXE. A new image
can be obtained from engineering by logging an IPMT.

| And do not log the IPMT case against the RZ29B, log it against VMS, or you will
get routed to folk who do not have drivers to give you. ;^)
