My customer is migrating from VAX to Alpha and would like to know
if COBOL 2.4 is a stable platform to use with ACMS 4.1. By this I take them
to mean - does it have any inherent problems - is this a good choice of version-
does this have any alignment problems when interfacing to a product like ACMS.
