A customer compiles and links a Cobol written application on a system
running OpenVMS AXP-V6.2 (Development system) then copy the created .EXE
on a different system (Production system) running OpenVMS AXP-V6.2-1H3 to
run it. He uses Cobol-V2.3-795 on the Dev. system.
This program runs fine on the Development system but gives an ACCVIO in
the LIBOTS2 (at SHARE$LIBOTS2+229648) module when one runs it on the
Production system.
However all image versions are the same on both systems:
LIBRTL X01-001
DEC$COBRTL T2.1-145
LIBOTS V1.3-012
LIBOTS2 T2.1-22
RDBSHR V6.1-1
On the Prod. system the account quotas are far greater than on the Dev.
system
Any idea on what could happens ?

You say they are using COBOL-V2.3 but the DEC$COBRTL and LIBOTS versions are T2.1. They should be upgraded to the latesst supported versions. | |||||
