I have a fairly urgent need for feedback on existing sites with a substantial
number of HBVS disks on HSZ's. The ones I am interested in would be sites with
several KZPSA "rails", up to 6, and ideally these would be shared busses in
a cluster of two (or more nodes).
Turbolaser sites would be the ideal, but any smaller systems will do. The
comments I am looking for are in the area of HBVS in this configuration.
Any comments regarding performance, merge and copy time and general
satisfaction/dissatifaction will help. Any specific problem information
would also be helpfull. (FWIW, I have not found ANY IPMT cases indicating
issues with SHADOWING in this space).
VMS 6.2 1h3, with SHAD05 would be the most current "base" but any 6.2
configuration will do.
