The web page referenced says that the CIXCD and CIPCA are supported in
the same 8400 system.
The 6.2-1h3 release notes say no.
The OpenVMScluster SPD specifically states that the CIXCD and CIPCA can
coexist.
I take it that as USUAL, the SPD RULES?

| Sad to relate, the SPD is not explicit enough here.
The V6.2-1H3 Release Notes are correct. We only support mixing CIPCA and CIXCD
in the same system with V7.1.
This has come up a couple of times recently, so we're looking at what it would
take to support this on V6.2-1H3. But it'll be 2-3 months.
