Dear friends,
I would be very grateful if you could keep me in your
prayers during the coming week. I'm the "rector" for our local French
language cursillo #12, which we have been rehearsing for since early
February & I am in poor health, due to a trapped nerve in my neck which
makes my left shoulder & arm extremely painful, especially in the
afternoons & evenings. So here I am with a stiff neck brace & strapped
left arm & orthopedic & reflexology treatments which are a real torture
and no light in sight at the end of the tunnel.
And I need to be somewhat fitter & free-er from pain,
from Thursday 17th to Sunday 20th.

Hi Nick,
Hope (and pray!) you are feeling better. I know that nerve-related
pain can be REALLY painful, so I sympathize and will keep you in
my prayers. (Perhaps you could do the same for my Dad, who is
having a carotid endarterectomy surgery Thursday morning,
April 17).

Well we had an absolutely great Cursillo three day weekend with much
fun, much sharing, many tears & much love.
Due to some help from the upper team & you good folks, and a little
aquapuncture, I had a relatively painless time & only wore my neck brace
to sleep, and taking less & less pain killers. a BIG Thank you.
Do let us know how your dad is fairing.
