Hi We have the following error messages during "Trade post" or "trade fetch" commands : FILEBRIDGE Version V2.1A MAP LOG 15-MAY-1997 17:30:31.50 FileBridge Table File: Application File: JUPITR$DKA0:[EDI_ETU.LAB1.PIERRE]ARCDEEDI.DAT; %FBR-E-INTERNAL_ERROR, FileBridge Internal Error -NONAME-F-NOMSG, Message number 04154AB4 %FBR-E-ABORT, Operation Aborted What does it mean ? Mapping tables were not modified and worked properly before this error appeared during the last night. Since, no document can be posted or fetched.

Simon This error means that FileBridge (the mapper) has come to an unrecoverable error, and aborted. Does this occur if you do not use /debug=<debug_file> on the command line? If it does not occur without /debug then the problem is that the first record in the application file does not conform to the record layout of the first record in the record sequence structure defined in the map. (i.e. Invalid Hierarchy error) I suggest checking the dat file against the record layout. The workaround is to avoid using /debug= until you are sure that the first record in the dat file matches its record layout in the map. This is a known problem that the mapper and has been fixed in a future release. If the above workaround does not work then: Please log an IPMT with the following information: Map (.fbo) Data file (ARCDEEDI.DAT) Command used to invoke mapper (trade post ...)
