DEC/EDI V2.1D - running DECEDI$CONFIGURE_ACAS while DEC/EDI is up
and running totally trashes ObjectBroker (2.7).

Had this happen to a customer while they were upgrading to 2.1D - they
lost 2 days of production time as a result (trying to diagnose and
then had to de-install OBB, re-install, etc - they finally got CSC
involved (didn't want to pay for us).

Anyway, I think it would be beneficial to put a check in the procedure
that if DEC?EDI is up and running to exit.

	Lorey, We need more information. I just ran DECEDI$CONFIGURE_ACAS on a V2.1D OBB V2.7 (DECnet/OSI configuration) and as far as I can tell everything looks just fine. What was the exact configuration? What do you mean by "hosed"? Thanks Mark

	Mark, I wasn't logged in when things happened. CSC was involved so you might want to contact them. The customer was Ericsson. From what I gathered, it trashed the repository files and they had to de-install and then re-install OBB. Lorey
