    I got a question from one of our customers:
    
    He see in the store directory's files with different owners and
    protection.
    In_house files has owner ROOT and protection -rw-rw-rw-,
    Detailed_list files has also owner ROOT and prot -rw-r--r-- and
    Other files has owner EDIEDI and prot -rw-r
    I have seen this also on our DECEDI system.
    
    Customer do not like that the in_house files are for world readeble and
    editeble. 
    
    Why are al the files not owned by DECEDI and with protection -rw-r--- ?
