- intel pc with win95 cockpit v?.? and obb v?.?
  axp/vms v6.1 with edi v2.1C+ server
- cockpit sees all audit trail stuff.
  cockpit fails viewing error log w/obb user not authorized error.
- dhcp in use for pc address.
- fails when server node registration and obb proxy is with numerical 
  addresses (eg,16.66.16.86)
- server node registration (ie, ui) does not take dhcp-style addresses
  eg, NMS-1234.ACME.COM (doesn't like the "-" ?)
- any ideas?

	DHCP is believed to be a problem with ObjectBroker. It can't keep track of dynamic addresses. This has been asked in the OBJECTBROKER_DEVLOPMENT Notes a few times. M

	By server node registration, if you mean entering a node name in the CC MSE, then this was a problem with V3.0 and possibly V3.1, however it was fixed for V3.1A.
