    reasons not to shadow a Pathworks drive?

	Should be OK. As far as I know, software shadowing is performed at the driver level below the XQP interface and should be totally transparent to the any of the PATHWORKS server products. Hardware shadowing in a RAID controller is even further removed and should still be transparent. Bob Harris
