Is there still possibility to have access to new components? will ACVAX come back or will it be replaced? Is the product manager for the client still: PATHWORKS for Macintosh V1.x [client] Eirikur Hallgrimmson (JAMIN::EIRIKUR) I can't get in touch with him on this address. or do we have to tell customer to look elsewhere for support.... 4017.2 | kit 1.3.5 found.... | BACHUS::BERGMANS | Fri Apr 25 1997 10:31 | 7
I found the 1.3.5 installer kit on: http://nova15.vbo.dec.com/sutra.pwssb/pwmac13.dir. but I have some questions: is this a SSB kit? (it is in the PWSSB directory)? is this a patch or an new kit; does the customer has to pay for it? can someone answer one of those questions? Jean-Paul
4017.3 | Only a minor update | VMSNET::J_FILLERS | Fri Apr 25 1997 10:47 | 11
pwmac135 is a minor update to the 1.3 kit. Basically it will install correctly on Open Transport macs and it has Lat 1.3.2 as part of it. There should be no problem giving this to a customer if they have the software update services or have just purchased pwmac. If they currently have the 1.2 client only then they should pay for it. Normally as long as they customer has 1.3, we have been giving out the Lat 1.3.2 with no questions asked. jim fillers pathworks mac support csc atlanta |
