| If you're talking about a Celebris XL 590, it has built-in
SCSI support on the motherboard. Maybe you need to disable
that in the BIOS?

| If it's a PRIORIS XL590, check the supported options list on
akin40.ako.dec.com but I wouldn't think so. PC prioris options
usually start with FR-......SCSI Adapters would be in the PCTAZ
variety. Adaptec scsi controllers.

If memory serves me correctly (wow, that would be a change), this
is a SW controller that has been optimized for the Alpha side of the
house. Therefore, we wouldn't support it.
I would assume, this would include special F/W to allow booting for
our Unix and OpenVMS systems.

| The customer needs more than 7 drives. He has some KZPSA left over.
But we installed a KZPAA and this one works great together with the
on board scsi controller. He is happy now.
