You need to identify the video card, and go to it's website for
the appropriate drivers. Needless to say, it looks
like the 'VIDEO/DISPLAY' selection won't allow 256 colors
to be chosen?

That's the kind of help we need to identify the video card. When we
opened the box and pulled the card out, we saw some chips made by TI.
Since this PC is used internally, maybe someone can help us to point
out where the video card may possible come from or is there any
specification available so we can look into.
