I just recieved a service call from a customer with 21 Celebris GL 6180's. All systems exhibit the boot problem addressed by the ECO mentioned. He wants 21 rev D01 riser cards. Is there an FCO, and if so, what is the number? If no FCO, how does my cost center recieve the appropriate amount of warranty relief to cover this if we have to go onsite and consume 21 riser cards? Thanks in advance Andy |
