| Late but just to update this note. The change of power supply (together with
the motherboard) did the trick. I have had no problems since.

| The new BIOS is in the ECO approval process. It should make the NNS/Web
site sometimes this week.

I haven't seen the problem since the motherboard/P.S. were replaced, and I was
experiencing it constantly before that. I will welcome the new BIOS, but I am
glad my Venturis is stable now.
In an unrelated subject, but happy to report that I bought an 83Mhz Pentium
overdrive chip and it went in and up without a single hicup in the time it took
me to open the box, take the 486 chip out and put the P83 chip in! And
performance increase (not testing done, all subjective) was very noticeable!
I got it from Intel at the employee discounted price of $129.

I am having problem "making TAO BIOS GROUP" to release the fix for the
problem. Priorities...
Please escalate this problem through the IPMT system. This may help to
raise the priority of this case.
