    I have replaced the awning on my trailer with a Patio-Mate screen house. 
    Thus making the awning available for sale.
    
    The awning is a 21' 1990 Colorado Spirit. It is white/blue/black. It can
    be operated in the "Carport" style or attached to the trailer. The
    roller is spring driven and can be opened and closed by one person.
    Condition is fair to good, in that there are a couple of very small
    punctures in the fabric but no major damage.
     
    The awning is located at Clearwater Campground in Meredith NH.
