    	Are there any hooks in Rdb to limit the number of active
    	users by PAK in V6.* ?  Could the use of the Oracle
    	"master paks" limit the number of development,
    	interactive, or runtime users (specifically using
    	PAKs DIGITAL-ORACLE-14 for RDB, DIGITAL-ORACLE-15
    	for RDB-INTERACTIVE, or DIGITAL-ORACLE-17 for RDB-RUNTIME)
    	against Rdb V6.0 eco 6 on OpenVMS ?

    	The Oracle Master PAKs do not have any expiration date
    	nor do they impose a limit on the number of users.
