I am surprised I could not find this question already answered, but maybe I used the wrong search criteria:-) Customer is moving from one VMS system to a new one and has used the opertunity to clean up their antiquated UIC system. So, you can guess what their problem is? Now they wish to change the ownership on the database and all the objects in it. Is there a quick way to do this, or must they go in and change the owner of each object one by one? I hope this is not too dumb a question? Colin - Danmark

Does the "owner" matter, or just who can access the objects? RMU/EXTRACT/ITEM=PROTECTION will get the surrent settings out into a script you can edit. Brenda |
