Do they use the logical name to control the number of DBRs that run?

Ah, good thought. Let's say it was set to 20, would the first 20 DBRs
finish before the next 20 start, or does a new one start as each one
finishes?

| If you specified a max DBR count of "20" then the monitor will start 20
DBRs at once and wait for them ALL to finish before starting the NEXT
batch of 20 DBRs.
