    HI,
    
    	I have a customer that wants to disable the bugcheck error handler
    	in his code.  He is finding that his code (not the server process
    	accessing the databse) is bugchecking and that at some undetermined
    	interval rdb reinstalls bugcheck as the error handler.  He
    	does not want a bugcheck he wants a dump from his program
    	so that he can debug his program.
    
    	He is currently installing his own error handler but every
    	so often it gets overlaid by the bugcheck error handler.
    
    	Has anyone seen this or have a feel how the precompilers are
    	installing bugcheck as the error handler?
