   Paul,

   It also can be that the index nodes are correct and the records should
   have exist on the page. Perhaps the different TSN's on lines 1 and 3 on the
   page 1454 can be a hint for that. But as you said without AIJ files it's
   difficult to say what went wrong.

   Kathy,

   The customer uses disk shadowing, SCSI and RF74. They say the have the
   latest patches, but perhaps this can also have something to do with.

   Unfortunately there is no more info. Anyway I'll send this eco (6.1A eco
   1?) to the customer as soon as it is available.

   Anyway thank you all for your reactions. I agreed with the customer to
   close the call for now because of lack of relevant information. I told
   him to keep the AIJ and RDMMON.LOG in case the problem should happen
   again (which we don't hope!).
