For Rdb8, this restriction has been relaxed. The RUJ file can now
grow to 4 billion blocks (at or about the OpenVMS file size limit).
We will consider porting this back to Rdb7 based on available resources.

Warning: Any tx that generates an RUJ file that large is just asking for
troubles...

The time spent just READING a 4 billion block RUJ (no processing, just the read
I/O) is around 583 hours...

Of course, the database is frozen during that time, so that should help :-)
