safety gate - this one needs hooks to latch onto in the wall. It's easy
enough for an adult to open so it's good to block a door that gets quite
a bit of traffic.  Not easy for a little one to open, though! Expands from 
24" to 60". 32" high - $5 (needs new hooks to put in the walls)

safety gate - tension type - this one is made of heavy duty plastic and 
medal - This one is great for a door you want to block off but don't 
need to get thru very often. An adult can step over it but otherwise you'd 
have to take it down to get thru.  Fits up to 41".  28" high.  $10

I also have the following children's toys for sale.  These are all in
very good to excellent condition as my kids rarely played with
them!  I bought them thru Parents Magazine Child Development Products.  
Each comes with a booklet that talks about the toy and the many ways 
to use them for learning and playing.  I have the original receipts for 
many of them.  Prices are negotiable.

Stack & Dump Truck - for 12-48 months, optimal age range is 12-20 months.
	This dump truck comes with several square and round "chips" that
	are about 2 inches by 1/4" thick. Bold, simple colors provide 
	opportunities for teaching colors. "Piggy bank-like" slots let 
	child insert chips, help her learn about disappearance and
	reappearance. Chips are color-coded by shape to encourage sorting.  
	Chips can fit in slots, in grooves, over posts, on headlights and

Shape Sorter Transporter - Colorful shapes and decorated peg characters
	fit many places on this sturdy toddler vehicle.  Toddlers love to
	fit the shapes and bears together end-to-end. With its smiling 
	drivers and removable cargo, this Shape Sorter Transporter inspires

Imagin-it - Double H-bricks, wheels, axles: These are the main components
	of this unique and challenging construction toy.  The three basic 
	elements can be fitted together in scores of ways that let your
	child create both realistic and abstract objects. For 24 months

Ship Shape Village - for 6-30 months.  Boat, harbor, houses and playful
	figures; lots of colors and shapes for your young child to
	explore.  As he plays, he practices developing arm, hand, and
	finger skills. The pieces fit together many different ways;
	some will be obvious to your toddler, others are a bit trickier. 
	By working and reworking this puzzle, your toddler learns about
	relationships between objects. Light and floatable for bathtub

Backpack Bear - This is a stuffed animal type bear with a backpack which
	holds a vinyl book.  The bear is made from a variety of fabrics
	and textures for tactile stimulation.  Safe embroidered facial
	features.  For 12-48 months.  Cost $13.94. Excellent condition.

Fitting Forms - Two appealing figures, two soundmaking blocks (one round,
	one square), a base to hold them all.  Lots of shapes to explore,
	lots of parts that challenge handling skills.   For 9-30 months.
	Optimal age range is 9-15 months.  Excellent condition. Asking $6

Puzzle Post - This one is difficult to describe!  It's basically a shape
	puzzle - various shapes in different colors that fit inside each
	other.  Big and little sizes of each shape. Can be used to teach
	colors and shapes.  For 9-36 months. Optimal age range is 10-16 
	months. Excellent condition. Asking $6

Stand-up Man - Teaches cause and effect.  Has a suction cup base to stick
	to high chair, or lots of other places! Variety of shapes and 
	sizes lets baby practice hand and finger skills. For 5-24 months.
	Optimal age is 6-10 months.  Very Good Condition. Asking $3

Visual Display - This is a toy that features pictures and an unbreakable
	mirror for babies to look at and play with.  The two panels fit
	together to form a cube or a box with an easy-to-open lid.
	For birth to 18 months. Very Good Condition. Asking $3

Activity books - "Happy Kitty's Special Days" and "Sleepy Bunny Goes To Bed" -
	The ideal first books for toddlers. Familiar objects on every page
	help build a child's vocabulary.  Toddler can join right in by opening
	doors and flaps and putting the kitty into slots so she joins the
	scenes.  For 9-36 months.  Its optimal age range is from 9-16 months.
	The Happy Kitty book is in excellent condition. Asking $3.
	The Sleepy Bunny book is in excellent condition but is missing the

Look and See Book - sturdy vinyl baby book with unbreakable mirror, bright
	pictures, and "holes" for looking through.  Very Good condition.
