    I'm looking to buy a small guitar amplifier.  I'm talkin' small,
    like a Pignose; something with a 4"-6" speaker.  It's to be for
    amplifying an electronic metronome, and I'd like for it to be
    small.  I also don't want to pay more than $15-$20 for it.

    Did I mention I'd like it to be small?
