| I thought the DCU card offered no charge at any ATM up to 4 (?)
transactions per month. However, I used mine at the Castlerock Factory
Outlet and got charged $1.

| Yup... It ain't DCU's fault. The bureaucrats now permit the owning banks
to charge you!!! They can get almost any amount they want for your use
of their machines. If DCU hadn't changed their policy you would have been
charged twice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

| Used ATM's in Oregon and Washington last year, got charged nothing.
Used one in Elko, Nevada, and got nailed for $2.00. At least a
warning came up on the display before I used it.

| If you get a message that it will cost more ($1 or $2) from the machine
that means that the bank that owns the machine is charging you. DCU,
as I understand it will never charge you for useing someone elses
machine. Just look out for that message that says, "This transaction
will be charged an extra $1.00" The ones at cripple creek charge $5!!
