    My wife and I will be renting an apartment that we have in the lower
    level of our home during the two weeks of the 1996 summer Olympics 
    to be held here in Atlanta , Georgia from July 20th - August 4th 1996.
    The price to rent our apartment for one week will be $ 700.00 and for
    both weeks will be $ 1,200.00 . Some of the hotels in Atlanta are
    charging $ 375.00 per night during the Olympics so this is a real
    bargain.
    
    We live in Cumming , Georgia which is approximately 30 miles north of
    Atlanta in the foothills of the north Georgia mountains. There is
    supposed to be adequate public transportation to get downtown to the
    main Olymoic venues. The rowing events will be held on Lake Lanier
    which is 15 - 20 minutes from our home.
    
    The renters will have at their disposal a separate bedroom , separate
    batchroom , and and access to the kitchen and family room which is also
    downstairs.
    
    If you are interested we will be renting our apartment on a first come
    first serve basis. We will require a 50 % non refundable deposit up
    front payable within 30 days from the date of your agreeing to rent the
    apartment. We will accept certified checks or money orders only. No
    personal checks.
